IMPACT will keep your personal data in a secure environment only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or for the maximum retention period provided for by the legislation applicable in Belgium.

The recipients of your personal data are IMPACT experts.
This personal data is not communicated to third parties. However, IMPACT reserves the right to transmit personal data to authorized third parties in order to meet its legal obligations, and in particular if it is compelled to do so by judicial requisition.
